Menard Weighs In At 134.5, While Dardar Scales 133.5 |

From Staff Reports RAYNE, LA - Both Mason Menard and Thomas Dardar weighed in under the lightweight limit Wednesday on the eve of their 8-round main event Thursday (Feb. 25) at the Rayne Civic Center. Menard (9-1, 7 KOs) makes the first defense of his Louisiana State Lightweight championship at home against Thibodaux's Dardar (8-1, 5 KOs) on the "Battle For The Belt" card, promoted by Chad Broussard's BoxNcar Promotions. Menard weighed in at 134.5 pounds, while Dardar weighed 133.5 pounds. The co-feature is a 6-round light middleweight bout between Breaux Bridge LA fan favorite Jarred Leblanc (11-0, 7 KOs) and Brooklyn, NY veteran Rohan Nanton.
